Visit your primary care provider, local pharmacy, click https://myturn.ca.gov/, or call 1-833-422-4255 to make a vaccination appointment.

• Appointments are required
• Call (209) 754-6460 to schedule
• We offer regular vaccination appointments year-round
• Special flu shot clinics are scheduled during flu season

There is a $26.00 administration fee for each vaccine administered.

• No one who is eligible to receive vaccine is denied immunization services due to inability to pay.
• Medi-Cal is accepted.
• Medicare Part B is accepted for flu immunization.

Immunizations are provided to Individuals Under 19 years of Age Who Are:

• Uninsured
• Medi-Cal/CHDP
• American Indian or Alaska Native

And Individuals 19 Years of Age and Older Who Are:

• Uninsured
• Have insurance that does not cover Tdap or MMR

Each vaccine has a $26.00 administration fee, however:
 

• No one is turned away due to inability to pay
• We accept Medi-Cal
• We accept Medicare Part B for flu vaccinations
• Vaccine information and education are available to all county residents
