Immunization Programs & Eligibility

Child, youth and adult immunizations, vaccine information, including vaccination risk-benefit education are available through the Immunization Program. Vaccines are available through ongoing community immunization clinics. Seasonal flu vaccine is offered annually through special flu vaccine clinics and at the community immunization clinics. Flu Vaccine clinics are scheduled annually.

Is there a Charge for Immunizations?

There is a $26.00 administration fee for each vaccine administered.

  • No one who is eligible to receive vaccine is denied immunization services due to inability to pay.
  • Medi-Cal is accepted.
  • Medicare Part B is accepted for flu immunization.

Immunizations are provided to Individuals Under 19 years of Age Who Are:

  • Uninsured
  • Medi-Cal/CHDP
  • American Indian or Alaska Native

And Individuals 19 Years of Age and Older Who Are:

  • Uninsured
  • Have insurance that does not cover Tdap or MMR
